GENERAL CAMP RULES

  • Cabin counselors must be obeyed at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of each camper.
  • Campers are not permitted to leave the camp property at any time without permission from a Camp Director.
  • Campers are not permitted to call home (unless sick). Campers are not allowed to bring or have cell phones.
  • Non-campers will not be permitted on the camp grounds unless approved by a Camp Director.
  • ALL PERSONS at camp will be expected to conduct themselves in a Christ like manner at all times. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO OBEY THE CAMP RULES, DO NOT PLAN TO COME!

APPAREL INFORMATION

  • During camp there will be many activities going on so keep this in mind when selecting the clothes to bring. Clothes out of “The Box” will be provided for those who do not bring modest clothes. ALL CAMPERS must wear shoes, sandals or tennis shoes at ALL times.
    • BOYS- may wear jeans or shorts, and shirt or T-shirts.Shirts are required for all activities.
    • GIRLS- May wear jeans, Capri’s, or shorts. (Shorts should be at least half way down from inseam to knee) No short-shorts, low collars, mini-skirts, halter tops, tube tops, or even slightly bare midriffs of any kind will be allowed. No tank tops under any circumstances.
  • Separate swimming periods for boys and girls will be scheduled. Swim suits must be modest. Any girls two piece swim suit must be covered, at all times, with a Tee Shirt. Both Boys and Girls must wear a long Tee Shirt and Shoes while going to and from the swimming area.
  • Modesty in clothing will be enforced.

WHAT TO BRING – The camp cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles.

  • BIBLE (Non-Electronic)
  • 2 single sheets and 1 blanket/sleeping bag
  • Pillow & Pillowcase
  • Clothes for 6 days plus some spare clothes
  • Laundry bag or plastic bag for dirty clothes
  • Raincoat, Bug Spray
  • Towels, Washcloth, Soap, Toothbrush & Paste
  • Writing material (2 post cards)
  • Bring a White, Pre-washed, 100% Cotton T-Shirt
  • OPTIONAL: Flashlight, Camera, rainy day games.
  • Write the camper’s name on the inside of everything you bring to camp, including towels and underwear.
  • If a sleeping bag is brought, you must bring a sheet to put over the mattress so the sleeping bag will not slide off the bunk. Any sleeping bag without a sheet must be used on the lower bunk.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Money
  • Electronic devices (cell phones, iPods, MP3 Players, etc.)
  • Knives, Guns, or Weapons of ANY kind
  • Cigarettes, tobacco or drugs of any kind other than medication not prescribed by a Doctor
  • Fireworks of ANY kind
  • Fishing Equipment

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

  • Campers may check in no sooner than 4 p.m. Sunday. Any campers arriving before this time must have adult supervision until 4:00 PM.
  • Pickup time is at 10:00 AM Saturday after cleaning is completed. By this time the camp staff is worn out and wants to go home too. A $20.00 per hour Late Fee will be charged after scheduled pickup time. All campers must be signed out before leaving.

CABIN ASSIGNMENTS

  • Final cabin assignments will be made by the Director. Campers may request the same cabin, but this request must be made in advance. We will do our best to accommodate this request if received in advance. Thanks for your understanding, there is only so much room in each cabin. Everyone can not stay in the same cabin.
